Established in 1980 with Suki Hudson at the helm, when joined by Ann Milne in 2003, the company then grew exponentially and evolved to become one of the premier event caterers in Aberdeenshire. Over the past 40 years Hudsons has built an honourable reputation for providing first-class event management and customised dining experiences.
We believe that catering is more than just food on a plate; it's about building a relationship with our clients, undertsanding their personal style, and delivering a complete experience for them and their guests.

EXECUTIVE CHEF / DIRECTOR - ANN MILNE
Ann brings over 35 years of experience to Hudsons, having started her culinary career as a young chef at one of Aberdeenshire's best respected hotels. During that time she has won "Scottish Female Chef of the Year", co-owned the award winning "The Milton Restaurant" at Crathes before joining Hudsons in 2003. Cooking is Ann's passion and whether she is producing a dinner for 4 or overseeing an event for 250, they all receive her meticulous attention to detail.
